BLUEBERRY CRUMB CAKE
Mum made this delicious vegan crumb cake yesterday with fresh blueberries. You can find the recipe here, amongst a bunch of other vegan, tasty recipes!
It's perfect for a snack with tea, or a dessert cake after dinner, or even maybe breakfast, as I've been known to do, hah. The original recipe uses apples, but we've used apples, raspberries, peaches, and blueberries (not altogether, mind you), and it's turned out perfectly each time!
